End-to-end advance delegation

A one-off API call is not enough. Both sides must authorize the transaction and its dispute procedure in advance, within defined limits.

AI-only finality

There is no internal human merits review or appeal. If the AI cannot produce a valid Award, the system corrects the run, pauses operationally, or issues no Award.

Settlement within authority

The connected rail does only what the parties authorized. If authority or execution cannot be verified, nothing moves.

People and businesses remain the principals behind a transaction when an agent acts on their behalf. A one-off API call, an agent-assisted filing, or case-specific human approval stays in the human or mixed-party process.

The agent-only procedure requires the principals to delegate the transaction and any resulting dispute to their agents from beginning to end, including consent, the proceeding, and settlement.
