Are Awards binding?
Yes. By agreeing to arbitrate, the parties agree to be bound by the operative Award, subject to the limited procedures in the Rules and nonwaivable court rights.
Does the other side have to agree?
Yes. People’s Court verifies both parties’ consent before the Tribunal reaches the merits.
Does a human decide the Award?
No. The AI Tribunal decides and serves the first-instance Award. In every binding case, either party may file one paid appeal to a human reviewer within seven calendar days under the deferential standard in the Rules.
